REFUND POLICY

Regulations of Return or Replacing products as per the executive regulation of the law no 2014/39 regarding consumer’s protection :

  • Original invoice is required for Repair / Refund / Replace /Warranty claim
  • Customer can return the item within 14 days from the delivey date if product is in Original condition.
  • The goods should be in the same condition when purchased, suitable to be resold and in its original package with all its accessories.
  • The customer did not use the products thereof in whatever way.
  • Products that have already been assembled cannot be returned unless our delivery team/QC team determines that there is a manufacturing defect. We will repair or replace such defective products at our discretion after understanding the nature and extent of damage. If we cannot replace or repair the item then customer has a right for refund within the warranty period.
  • If the customer was aware of the defect of malfunction, existing already in the goods at the time of the delivery/purchase, and accepted it as it is with or without compensation will not be returned.
  • In the event that the customer misused, damaged by misuse or wrongfully installed the goods cannot be returned even within the warranty period.
  • Products cannot be returned if the condition of goods or equipment cannot be displayed again, or there are missing accessories, components with or without carton, with torn package, provided that it should be in same condition when it was purchased by the customer.
  • Once Item Return : After delivery of any item, only credit note will be provided to customer.

Hygienic or personal care products cannot be retuned i.e. (Mattresses, Electrical, Bathroom Fittings, Bath products like Bathrobes, Towels etc., bedding, pillows, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam …etc.) due to its nature of usage and health reasons.
